摘　　要：从时政新闻、民生新闻、公共新闻到时政新闻民生化,中国电视新闻传播观念在不断更新。这一嬗变过程的重要意义在于激发了业界、学界的探索力,促使人们认真审视新闻的本质、媒体的角色、媒体与受众及政府之间的关系,这对于新闻事业的健康发展具有重要意义。From current political news, civil news and public news to the civilized political news, news communication concept of China TV has been constantly updated which evokes the exploration of the industry and academic circle and promotes people to take a serious look at the nature, the role of the media, and relationships among the media, the audience and the government.
