摘　　要：何杰金氏病占恶性淋巴瘤的10～15％。我院1975至1983年治疗110例,均为病理证实,观察均满五年以上,观察10年以上者76例。110 cases of Hodgkin's disease (HD) treated from 1975 to 1983 are reported. All patients were diagnosed pathologically and followed for more than 5 years. The 5-year survival rate of Stage Ⅰ was 82%, Stage Ⅱ 61%, Stage Ⅲ 41% and Stage Ⅳ 13%. That of chemotherapy alone group was 29%, local radiotherapy alone group 48%, chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy group 57%. Recurrent or uncontrolled lesions after chemotherapy retreated by radiotherapy gave a 5-year survival rate of 50%. Stomach, kidney or spleen HD after surgery could survive for a long time. The chief cause of death was involvement of intra-abdominal viscerae.
