碘伏消毒的临床观察 Ⅲ、碘伏消毒阴道及宫颈粘膜的效果

摘　　要：本文报告应用碘伏一号于33例人工流产术前消毒,对粘摸无刺激性,细菌培养结果表明,碘伏一号对杂菌多的阴道及宫颈粘膜消毒效果甚佳,且可简化消毒程序。与常规消毒法比较,具有高效、简便、经济、无痛苦等优点。Accirding to the routine disinfectant procedure for artificial abortion it is necessary to disinfect the cervix uteri with iodine tincture and alcohol before the operation, although it is strongly irritable to mucous membrane. For the purpose of alleviating patient's suffering, we use Iodophor made in China in artificial abortion preparafion instead of iodine tincture and alcohol. We found that the disinfectant effect of Iodophor was better than that of the latter obviously, and it is not irritable to mucous membrane.
