人参二醇皂甙对失血性休克犬心肺超微结构和功能的保护作用

摘　　要：杂种犬27只,随机分为二醇皂甙失血性休克组和单纯失血性休克组。通过心功能和血气指标测定及电镜观察发现,人参二醇皂甙对失血性休克犬心肺结构有明显的保护作用。27 dogs with experimental hemorrhagic shock were divided into 2 groups randomly. One group was pretreated with ginsenoside (HSG), and the other was not pretreated (HS). The measurement of heart function and blood gas analysis showed that Ginseng Panaxadiol Saponin has an obvious protective effect on heart function of dog with hemorrhagic shock. Under electron microscopy, it was identified that the ultrastructure of type Ⅱ alveolar epithelial cell and cardiac muscle were damaged severely in HS group. Erythrocyte and platelet aggregation were observed in the capillaries of lungs. However, the damage of type Ⅱ alveolar epithelial cell and cardiac muscle were mild and erythrocyte and platelet aggregation were not observed in the HSG group. These results indicated that Ginseng Panaxadiol Saponin has an obvious protective effect on heart function of dogs with hemorrhagic shock.
