沙棘蜂王浆的抗肿瘤作用及其对免疫、造血功能的影响

摘　　要：沙棘蜂王浆可提高荷瘤动物的动态生存曲线、提高存活率(20％～42％)和延长生存期。对瘤体增长有明显抑制作用,抑瘤率为27％～48％。在接种瘤细胞后即开始服用,可降低肿瘤发生率(20％～33.3％),并提高巨噬细胞吞噬功能、促进淋巴细胞转化、增强B细胞反应;对骨髓造血祖细胞的功能也有明显促进。可作为癌症治疗的辅助药物。A natural biological response modifier (BRM)—Hippophae Ramnoides Royal Jelly (HRRJ) was presented. it contains rich vit. C, several kinds of trace elements and essential amino acids of the human body. It has been proved that in BALB/c mice inoculated with liver cancer(H_(22))and treated with HRRJ orally, the survival dynamic curve was raised, the survival rate was increased by 20％～40％,and the life span was prolonged for 3-12 days, the average weight of the tumor treated by HRRJ was significantly smaller than that of control group. The inhibitory rate of tumor was 27％～48％. The tumor incidence decreased by 20％～33. 3％ if HRRJ was administrated as soon as the tumor cells were inoculated. The average weight of the thymus of HRRJ treatment group was significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Meanwhile, the hemopoietic progenitor (GM-CFU) was promoted. Furthermore HRRJ could promote phagocytic function,and enhance T and B cells funetrons. Authors suggested that HRRJ could be used as an effective auxiliary drug for the treatment of patients with cancer.
