气管支气管成形术治疗肺癌

摘　　要：27例采用肺癌气管支气管成形术治疗。其中左及右上叶袖状切除22例;右全肺切除、隆凸切除、左总支气管气管吻合1例;右全肺切除、气管侧壁切除、隆凸半切除3例;气管楔形切除1例。无手术意外及近期死亡。本文对手术指征、操作技术等提出了自己的经验。27 cases of lung carcinoma were treated with tracheobronchoplasty from Oct. 1984 to Apr. 1989. There were 17 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, 5 cases of adenocarcinoma, 3 cases of small cell carcinoma, 1 case of large cell carcinoma and I cases of carcinoid. Most of them had metastasis of mediastinal lymph node. There were no operative accident and early death. The indication, technique and postoperative care of tracheobronchoplasty were discussed.
