A型行为与冠心病关系的探讨

摘　　要：对24例经冠状动脉造影证实有冠心病者、20例其它心脏病但无冠脉狭窄者及30名正常健康人,以两问卷形式进行行为类型调查。结果冠心病组积分最高,非冠心病组次之,与正常对照组相比均有显著性差异。本文结果支持A型行为类型的人易患冠心病的观点。The rate of type A behavior was assessed in 74 cases including 24 cases with coronary heart disease determined by coronary arteriography, 20 cases with other heart disease but normal coronary artery and 30 healthy controls. The results showed that the scores of the group with coronary heart disease were significantly higher than that of the group with other heart diseases and the normal control group. The scores of the cases with more severe coronary heart disease were also significantly higher than that of the cases with relatively light coronary heart disease. The results support the viewpoint that type A behavior may be related with coronary heart disease.
