A STUDY ON LEFT VENTRICULAR MASS AND VOLUME/MASS RATIO BY TWO-DIMENSIONAL ECHOC ARDIOGRAPHY

摘  要:本文用二维超声心动图测定左心室心肌质量和容量/质量比值.报告125例正常人,高血压病45例,风心病46例,冠心病34例,扩张型心肌病33例检测结果:心肌质量正常组男性154±31.4g,女性117±21.5g;高血压病组男性258.6±19.4g,女性176.4±13.3g;风心病联合瓣膜损害组男性226.7±19.1g,女性182.1±13.5g;冠心病组男性175.5±12.4g,女性138.4±10.7g;扩张型心肌病组男性245.3±18.9g,女性208.8±10.2g,表明各患者组心肌质量均较正常组显著增加(P<0.01),容量/质量比值正常组男性0.68±0.1,女性0.69±0.2。高血压病组男性0.48±0.1,女性0.50±0.1,均显著低于正常组(P<0.001),提示向心性肥厚;扩张型心肌病组男性0.82±0.4,女性0.80±0.4,均显著高于正常组(P<0.001),提示心肌肥厚伴心腔扩张。In this study, two-dimensional echocardiography was used to determine the myocardial mass and volume/mass ratio of left ventricle. The objects determined included 125 normal subjects, and 45 cases with hypertension, 46 cases with rheumatic valvular disease, and 33 cases with dilated cardiomyopathy. The results were as follows: myocardial mass was 258.9±19.4g(male), 176.4±13.3g(female) in hypertension group; 226.7±19.1g(male), 182.1 ±13.5(female) in rheumatic valvular disease group; 175.5±12.4g(male), 138.4 ±10.7g(female) in coronary heart disease; 245.3±18.9g(male), 208.8±0.2g(female)in dilated cardiomyopathy group; and 154±31.4(male), 117.3±1.5g(female)in normal group. Myocardial mass in the four groups with heart disease significantly increased than in the normal group(P<0.01). The volume/ mass ratio was 0.48±0.1(male), 0.50±0.1(female) in hypertension group, significantly lower than that in normal group(p<0.001), indicating symmetrical ertrophy; and 0.82±0.4(male), 0.8±0.4(female) in dilated myocardiopathy group, significantly higher than that in normal group(p<0.001), suggesting hypertrophy with dilatation of left ventricle.
