肺部革兰氏阴性杆菌感染的诊断和治疗

摘　　要：本文报道我院1985年8月～l988年2月收治106例肺部革兰氏阴性杆菌感染进行前瞻性研究。本病多见于50岁以上有COPD(慢性阻塞性肺病)患者,73.6％为院外感染,病原菌以产气杆菌、大肠杆菌及绿脓杆菌多见。对丁胺卡那霉素、多粘菌素B及庆大霉素最敏感,病死率为9.4％One hundred and six cases of pulmonary infections resulting from gramnegaive bacilli from August 1985 to February 1988, were studied randomly and prospectively. Most of the patients were over 50 years of age and had contracted COPD. 73.6 Percent of the patients were infected outside the hospital. Among the pathogens, Aerobacter aerogenes, Fscherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were the most common. The gram-negative bacilli isolated by us were most sensitive to amikacin, polymyxin B or gentamicin. The mortality rate was 9.4 percent.
