癫痫大发作持续状态的治疗

摘　　要：本文报导癫痫持续状态28例,以青少年发病率为高,占71.43％。20例癫痫大发作持续状态以首选安定静脉注射,即时控制痉挛发作见效快,疗效较好,付作用小,同时配合使用苯巴比妥类等作用缓慢而持久的常规抗癫痫药。此外,加强护理,预防和控制并发症,及时处理原发病。28 cases with continuous epileptic state are reported,among which incidences are higher in youths and juveniles accounting for 71.43 percent.Diazepam for int- ravenous injection is primarily selected.It can control grand mal in time with less side-effect.It can also be used with phenobarbitalline and other common antiepil- eptic dvugs which are absorbed slowly and whose effects last longer.In addition, better nursing,prevention and control of complications,treatment of primary dise- ases are all important.
