鸭对体吸虫成虫和卵的扫描电镜观察

摘　　要：鸭对体吸虫成虫和虫卵扫描电镜观察:成虫腹吸盘及其周周有许多纤毛球型乳突,背腹面体表无棘、皮层均呈网状海绵样构造。虫卵平均为29.99×16.93μm,卵盖直径7.24～8.28μm,卵壳表面布满膜样隆起,末端有结节样突起。文中对鸭对体吸虫、华枝睾吸虫和东方次睾吸虫的致病力进行了讨论。The present paper deals with the results of SEM study of Amphimerus anatus, which was obtained from natural infected duck in Chuanshe County,Shanghai. Adult worm:Many ciliated knoblike papillae are distributed around the ventral sucker(Fig.2～4).No single spine is seen at any portion of the body(Fig. 5～8).In the three parts on the dorsal side(Fig.5,6)and two parts on the ventral side(Fig.7,8),the tegumental surface is usually of reticular,spone-like structure Eggs:The average size of the eggs of Amphimerus anatus are 29.99×16.93um. The surface is covered with many membranous projections.A tuberculate project is located on the aboperculated end of the egg(Fig.9). The pathogenicity of A.anatus,Clonorchis sinensis and Metorchis orientalis is discussed.
