摘 要:用MCMV-Smith株实验感染昆明系和CBA系小鼠,两个品系有完全不同的临床表现、死亡率和病理改变。昆明系十分易感,而CBA系有抵抗力。对感染小鼠的领下腺、脾脏和肾脏进行病毒分离发现,颌下腺是MCMV分离的最可靠器官,感染7天后即可分离出MCMV,病毒分离时间达感染后70~105天,分离率约70%,而脾脏和肾脏的病毒分离率则较低。A MCMV-Smith strain was used for experimental infection. Two strains of mice, resistant CBA mice and susceptible Kunming mice, were showed to have different clinical manifestations, pathologies and mortalities. It was found that of the 3 organs, submaxillary glands, spleens and kidneys, submaxillary glands were the most reliable organ for MCMV isolation. MCMV could be readily recovered from submaxillary glands 7 days postinfection in both strains of mice and lasted 70-105 days postinfection, while rare were from spleens and kidneys.
