狗空腹与注射果糖后红细胞胰岛素受体的比较

摘　　要：用^(125)I—胰岛素放射免疫法测定18只正常实验狗空腹以及注射果糖后30、60、90、120min红细胞胰岛素受体结合率和受体数。结果结合率(X±SD)分别为8.2±1.4%、6.8±0.4%、9.8±0.8%、8.2±0.7％、6.7±0.7%;受体数(X±SD)分别为2440±383个/每个细胞和2444±532、2928±268、2628±723、2119±268个/每个细胞。空腹与注射果糖后对比,除120min时受体偏低外(P<0.05),差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。The binding rate of the erythrocytes and the number of rece ptors were tested with ^(125)I-insulin radioimmunoassay in 18 normal dogsin fa sting condition and 30, 60, 90, 120 minutes after fructose injection. The result showed that the binding rate (X±SD) was 8.2±1.4%, 6.8±4 %,9.8 ±10.8%, 8.2±0.7%, and. 6.7±0.7%, respectively. The number of receptor (X±SD) was2440±383 per cell and in the latter was 2444 ± 532, 2328 ±268, 2628±723,and 2119±268 per cell, respectively. There was no statistically (significant difference between them (P>0.05), except that the number ofc reeptorswasa little smaller after 120 minutes(P<0.05).
