脾切除后自体脾移植30例分析

摘　　要：脾切除术后病死率较高的凶险感染已引起国内外学者的重视,为维护脾脏的正常功能,我们对30例需要进行脾切除的患者,包括脾外伤和脾功能亢进者,在行脾切除的同时行自体脾移植,移植后的牌组织经放射性核素显像和免疫学检查,逐渐增大并具有脾功能。After splenectomy,the higher OPSI is paid close attention to by people. To maintain normal function of spleen, the autogenous splenoplasty was perfarmed on 30 cases, wince were needed including the individuals of spleen trauma and splenosis by splenectomy. The results of the study indicated that tissue of spleen was growing gradualy and function was normal after splenoplasty by xeaminations of radionclide development and immunology.
