^(131)I-碘化油肝动脉灌注体内分布代谢的动物实验研究

摘  要:为保证中、晚期肝癌的非手术疗法——肝动脉灌注^(131)I-碘化油的安全性,用^(131)I-标记碘化油给与4只犬进行动脉灌注以观察体内分布、代谢。肝脏分布为74.38应~91.36%,经微循环达双肺仅为2.45~8.57%。^(131)I-碘化油在肝、肺的有效半衰期分别为4.35±0.62天和5.23±0.88天。主要由肾脏排出,每天排泄量相对恒定,为注入剂量的2.6~5.7%。由粪便排泄的活性甚微,每天排泄仅为注入剂量的0.01%左右。结果表明^(131)I-碘化油肝动脉灌注治疗中、晚期肝癌不会造成肝外器官损伤。In order to ensure the safe of the non-operation treatment to hepatoce- llular carcinoma. We sdtdied the distribution in the body, on agroup of four dogs, when the Iodine-131 lipiodol was infused into the hepatic artery. It's predominantly in the liver 74.38~91.36% and lungs 2.45~8.57%. The radioactivity cleared from liver tissue with an effective half-life of 4.35+ 0.62 days. Activity in the lungs initially increased and then cleared with 5.23+0.88 days effective half-life. The daily exertion rate was relatively constant in the urine, ranging from 2.6% to 5.7% of administered dose.The excretion of activity into feces was extremely low, and was never higher then 0.01% of the administered activity. This result suggests that Iodine-131 lipiodol infused into the hepatic artery does not damage the organs which outside the liver during the treatment.
