摘  要:以生物玻璃-羟基磷灰石陶瓷(Bioglass-Hydroxylapatite ceramicsBGHC)人工骨对20例颌骨囊肿骨腔进行了修复,由于该材料化学性能稳定,硬度较高,组织相容性良好,有较高的生物活性,能促进骨的修复,引导新骨形成。术后一期愈合率达95%,且无出血及感染等并发症。经6个月至2年的临床观察,效果令人满意。BGHC particles have been placed in cystic cavities of jaws of 20 patients for the prosthesis of bone cavities.Because this material is of stable chemical properties, high degree of hardness, good tissue compatibility and high bioactivity, it can quicken osseous tissue healing and induce the growth of new bones. After operation 95% of the wounds heal on schedule. No hemorrhage, infection and other complications have been found. Clinical observations of the cases vary from 6 months to 2 years. The results are satisfactory.
