四肢神经损伤的几种复修方法

摘　　要：对四肢神经损伤,根据其损伤情况分别采用骨骼缩短术,神经移位和自体感觉神经移植术进行治疗,效果满意。其中,神经移植术用电缆式修复、外膜缝合,经1～9年随访肢体功能均已恢复。The refracture, tremsposition of nerve and autotransplantation of sensory nerve were used to treat the cases of fracture of limbs with nerval injury and a satisfactory curative effect have been shoun. In the nerve grafting the cable-formed repair and suture of epineurium were adopted. AH the cases were followed-up for l^9 years. The results revealed that for all the cases the function of the limbs have recovered.
