摘  要:"首届食品经济与管理论坛"是由上海市食品学会主办、上海海洋大学经济管理学院承办的产业、学术和科研相结合的重要学术交流活动。在此次论坛上,与会专家和学者围绕现代食品企业管理、食品质量安全、食品产业发展、食品物流管理等热点和重点问题,展开了广泛的学术研讨,取得了许多重要会议成果,对促进食品及相关产业的进步和健康发展和提高中国食品经济研究水平和管理水平具有重要的意义。Initial Forum on Food Business and Management,which was hosted by the Shanghai Food Institute and co—organized by College of Economics and Management,Shanghai Ocean University,is an important academic exchange combining industry,academics and scientific research together.On this forum the participating experts and scholars made wide—scoped academic study and research on some important and hot issues like modern management for food-related enterprises,food quality and safety,food industry development,management for food logistics and so on.At the meeting many findings have been achieved which should surely promote the progress and smooth development of food and other related industries and which would also have great significance for improvement of research and management levels for food economics in China.
