摘　　要：收集经手术病理证实的小脑血管母细胞瘤21例,对其CT表现和鉴别诊断作了初步分析,同时指出为增加对囊腔和结节的显现,除适当增加静脉注入的造影剂量外,对可疑病例应加作薄层或重叠扫描。Twenty-one patients with proven cerebellar hemangioblastomas were analysed by Computed Tomography (CT) from August 1983 to May 1987. For the reason of improving CT appearance of cystic-nodular pattern, the author believed that the thin slice CT scan should be recommended in addition to appropriately increased amount of intravenous contrast medium in cases suspected of hemangioblastoma.
