摘 要:本文报道应用戊二醛对百日咳保护性抗原解毒,并研究解毒条件与毒性及免疫原性的关系。在百日咳保护性抗原或无细胞百日咳菌苗的制造中,应用0.05%戊二醛(GA)于20℃作用4~6小时,再加入0.15~0.2%赖氨酸继续作用2小时,可以得到最佳解毒效果。用于制造无细胞百日咳菌苗符合菌苗检定要求,经37℃存放1个月后未见毒性逆转现象发生。The several methods of the detoxification on the protective antigens of B.pertussis were studied.It was found the relationships between the depth of deto- xification and the toxicity and immunogenicity of antigens.The toxicity of the anti- gens could not be detoxified completely in presence of more than 0.02% lysine before glutaldhyde was added.The temperature on detoxification was highly important.In 20℃,the effect of detoxification was complete but not in 4℃.The best procedure of detoxification for the antigens of B.pertussis was that the antigens were treated with glutaldhyde for 4~6 h at 20℃,then 0.15~0.2% lysine was added and reacted aga- in for 2 h at the same temperature.By using this procedure,the toxicity reversion of the acellular pertussis vaccine has not been found after kept under 37℃ for 1 month.
