论大学生法律意识养成的途径

摘　　要：加强大学生法律意识的培养,是一项复杂的社会系统工程,需要国家、社会、学校及家庭的共同努力。可以通过案例介绍、案例点评、法律辩论与推理、综合评价的方式来提高大学生法律课堂演讲的实效性,还可利用班会开展丰富多彩的班级活动、树立典型充分发挥榜样的示范作用以强化大学生法律意识;同时应建立合理而有效的网络监管机制,净化网络环境,以利于充分利用网络资源引导大学生树立法律意识,构建高校、家庭、社会"三位一体"的大学生法制教育体系,使大学生成为知法、懂法、遵法、守法的公民。College students are the backbone of the future of our country and social modernization drive. Development of students＇ legal awareness is particularly important. To raise the students＇ legal awareness, it is necessary for the State, society, schools and families to work together. We can improve the effectiveness of lectures and the work of college counselors to raise the students＇ legal awareness, create a clean network environment, and construct the ＂Trinity＂ system of legal education giving full play to the roles of college, family, and society.
