100例儿童膝关节暂时性滑膜炎的诊断与治疗

摘　　要：本文报告了1981～1988年在儿童膝关节128例中诊断为膝关节暂时性滑膜炎100例,占儿童膝关节疾病78％。发病年龄为8～10岁最多。10例出现膝关节肿胀病例中,2例为化脓性关节炎,确诊后治疗效果显著。误诊的主要原因是对本病缺乏认夜识。ARSTRACT One hundred of 128 children with arthropathy were diagnosed as having transient arthrosynovitis of knee joint in our hospital from 1981 to 1988,accounting for 78 per cent of all the child arthropathy The peak age of onset was from 3 to 5 years.Of these,10 cases appeared arthrocele,among which 2 cases were suppurative arthritis.If the Patient condition is correctly diagnosed,the result of treatment will be better.The cause of misdiagnosis is chiefly not to recognize this condition.
