兔惊厥前后超氧化物歧化酶和脂质过氧化物含量的变化

摘  要:为探讨自由基与惊厥的关系,本研究分别在兔惊厥前和惊厥后5分钟、15分钟及30分钟,进行了全血超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和血清脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量的测定。结果表明:(1)血液SOD活性惊厥后较惊厥前下降,惊厥后15分钟与惊厥前比较P<0.05,惊厥后30分钟与惊厥前比较P<0.01;(2)血清LPO含量惊厥后较惊厥前逐渐增高,其中惊厥后15分钟和30分钟与惊厥前比较均为P<0.01。本结果提示,自由基与惊厥二者间密切相关。The blood superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and Serum lipid peroxide (LPO) level of rabbits were determined before and after the attacks of convulsion caused by coramine. Compared with preconvulsion, the LPO level was increased and the SOD activity was decreased presgressively, there was significant difference in statistics at 15th and 30th minute after the attacks of convulsion, and the most significant changes in LPO level and SOD activity were at 15th and 30th minute after the attacks of convulsion respectively (P<0.01). These datum suggest that convulsion has relation with increased serum LPO level and decreased SOD activity.
