硅凝胶人工晶体植入术30只眼的效果观察

摘　　要：本文报道了从1989年10月～1990年5月,共作白内障摘除联合人工晶体植手术25例29只眼及1例Ⅱ期移植人工晶体眼,共30只眼。后房型人工晶体27只眼,前房型人工晶体3只眼。随访时间1～8个月,平均4.5个月。视力0.3以上者18只眼为60％。在随访过程中并发症少,大部分病人随术后时间的推移延长,视力恢复越好。视力低下的7个病人因原来眼部疾病所致。From october 1989 to may 1990, a combination of extracapsular cataract extration with artificial lens implantation on 25 cataract patients(29 eyes)was performed, posterior chamber artificial lens implantation was performed on 27 eyes, anterior chamber artificial lens implantation on 3 patients and stage 2 artificial lens implantation on 1 patient. Twenty five patients(30 eyes) were followed up for 1-8months (4.5months on average). In the followed up period,the authors found that vision of 0.3 or more were achieved in 18 eyes(60％); the longer the time of postoperation, the better the recovery of vision in most of these patients;vision of 7 patients having different oculopathy before the operation was poor and there was a little of complications.
