摘　　要：本文对38例玻璃体内磁性异物摘出后的患者进行远期随访观察,最长12年,最短1年半。73.6％异物经角膜途径入眼。32眼有不同程度的玻璃体机化膜形成,占84.21％,由于远期玻璃体膜形成,引起牵拉性视网膜脱离和眼球萎缩等并发症,致盲率高达67.9％。安全剂量的5—FU玻璃体内或球结膜下注射能发挥显著的抗玻璃体膜增殖病变效应。This paper intraduces a long period observation on 38 cases (32 eyes) after extraction of magretie foreign body is retained in vitreous cody, the time of follow-up was 11/2-1 years. The foreign bodies penetrated through the conea in 73.6% of cases. Organizing membrane of various extent was found in vitreous in 32 cases (84.21%). Due to the membrous formation in vitreous body, the serious complication such as traction retinal detachment and eyeball might occur then the rate of blindness was as high as 67.9%. The softy dose of 5-FU injected into vitreous body or under subconjunct ivaly had obvious effect of suppresion on proliferation of fibrous tissue in the vitreous body.
