卫氏并殖吸虫伊春亚种与二倍体型卫氏并殖吸虫九种同工酶的电泳研究——再论卫氏并殖吸虫伊春亚种的独立性

摘  要:对卫氏并殖吸虫伊春亚种和二倍体型卫氏并殖吸虫九种同工酶的等电点聚焦电泳(IEF)分析结果显示:G-6-PDH、DIA、PO、TO和ACP 5种同工酶在两地种群间和种群内均表现一致的酶谱,PGM和MDH存在多态性,但两者的表现型类型和频率无显著不同,HK和ME出现个别的酶变异体。结果表明,两者酶蛋白的电泳行为及结构特点十分一致,反映它们具有相同的遗传基础。作者认为,伊春亚种和二倍体型的亲缘关系十分相近,并进一步对伊春亚种的独立性进行了探讨。The comparative study on isoenzymes of diploid type of Paragonimus weste-rmani and P. W ichunensis was performed by IEF and PAGE. of nine enzymesanalyzed, G-6-PDH. DIA. TO. FO. and ACP were homogeneous in all indi-viduals of both populations and no inter-and intra-population difference couldbe observered. A few enzyme variants were detected in HK and ME whilemost individuals showed the same band patterns. PGM_3 and MDH were polyme-rphic with each three phenotypes could be identified, designated as PGM_3 1IGM_3 1-2 and PGM_3 2 for FGM3 phenotypes and MDH1, MDH 1-2, MDH2for MDH phenotypes, but there were no difference in appearance of phenotypesand isoenzyme band frepuencies in these two populations. The results provedthat electrophoretic behavior and structural characteristic of enzyme protein inP. W and P. W ichunensis are very similar. These suggest that the twopopulations share the same genetic basis, are very close in phylogenetic relations-hip.The authors consider that validity of P.W ichunensis remains to be determined.
