摘 要:沙棘总黄酮(TFH)低浓度增强ConA、PHA、LPS诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖和PHA诱导人外周血淋巴细胞增殖,高浓度则产生抑制;对IL-2的产生亦具有相似的作用,低浓度促进、高浓度抑制;对IL-1的产生则表现为明显增强作用。但在无丝裂原刺激的条件下,TFH对人和小鼠淋巴细胞增殖无明显影响。The total Flavones of Hippophae Rhamnoides Linin (TFH) are the effective components abstracted from the fruit of Hippophac rhamnoides L. We investigated the effects of TFH on the immune response of mouse spleen lymphocytes and human mononulear cells. The results showed that the low concentration of TFH enchanced the spleen lymphocyte proliferation in mice induced by concanavalin A, phytohaemagglutinin and lipopolysaccharides and peripheral lymphocyte proliferation in human induced by phytohaemagglutinin, but the high concentration inhibited them. They have a similar effect on the production of interleukin-2, but have a strong effect on the production of interleukin-1. TFH showed no significant effect on lymphocyte proliferation in mice and human in the absence of stimulation of mitogens.
