摘　　要：目的探讨分析全胃切除术和近端胃切除术对进展期贲门癌患者的疗效。方法将60例确诊的进展期贲门癌患者随机分为两组,观察组行全胃切除术,对照组行近端胃切除术。结果观察组术后并发症的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全胃切除术治疗进展期贲门癌术后并发症少,是治疗进展期贲门癌比较好的手术方式。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of total gastrectomy and proximal stomach resection in advanced cardia cancer. Method Sixty advanced cardia cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group was managed by total gastrectomy and the control received proximal stomach resection. Result The postoperative complications of observation group were lower in comparison to those of the control（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Total gastrectomy can reduce the incidence of complications in treating advanced cardia cancer.
