摘　　要：目前在国内的大中专院校中普遍存在着英语教学与职业需求严重脱节的问题,致使英语教学与职业实际需求之间存在着差距。而要缩小二者之间的差距,实现英语教学目标,必须根据社会上各行各业的需求进行改革,使英语课程设置更加合理,为社会培养有效的应用型人才。Currently,serious disconnection between English teaching and the professional actual demand generally exists in domestic colleges and universities,which causes a big gap between English teaching and the professional demand.And to reduce the gap and realize English teaching target,we must reform English teaching according to social needs of all walks of life,so that the English curriculum is more reasonable to educate effective applied talents for the society.
