睑黄瘤切除联合上睑松弛成形术的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探索睑黄瘤的最佳手术治疗方式,观察其效果。方法随机分组,睑黄瘤单纯手术切除与睑黄瘤手术切除联合上睑松弛成形术各纳入20例,对上述两种方法进行详细对比(瘢痕的大小等客观指标以及患者和医生的主观评价的评分)。结果睑黄瘤手术切除联合上睑松弛成形术组明显优于睑黄瘤单纯手术切除组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),中老年人上睑较松弛,较大面积的睑黄瘤也可以与上睑松弛成形术同时施行。结论睑黄瘤切除联合上睑松弛成形术效果较好,可同时达到治疗与美容双重效果。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of the best operation treatment for xanthelasma.Methods Divided into two teams with random method,xanthelasma resection team 20 examples and xanthelasma resection associate blepharoplasty team 20 examples,contrast above-mentioned approach in full,（grade of cicatrical size,et al.objective index and patient,doctor subjective evaluation）.Results Xanthelasma resection associate blepharoplasty team result is obviously outweigh xanthelasma resection team,with a statistically significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Middleaged people with blepharochalasis,larger areal xanth elasma focus of infection can be performed with xanthelasma resection associate blepharoplasty at the same time,achived the best clinical effection.Conclusion Removing xanthelasma thoroughly together with an upper lid blepharoplasty could produce ideal results both in curing and in esthetics.
