摘　　要：目的探讨LASIK术前眼底检查的重要性。方法对LASIK术前732例(1464眼)扩瞳后行眼底检察并作详细眼底记录。结果发现各种视网膜病变86只眼(5.87%),其中视网膜破裂孔13眼(0.89%),视网膜退性病变73眼(4.99%)。结论 LASIK术前扩瞳后详细检查眼底是非常重要和必不可少的。Objective To explore the importance of the retinal examination before excimer laser in keratomileusis（LASIK）.Methods A total of 732 cases（1464 eyes） underwent dilated fundus examination and recorded before LASIK surgery.Results The clinical significant retinopathies were detected in 86 eyes（5.87%）,in which retinal break in 13 eyes（0.89%）,retinal degeneration in 73 eyes（4.99%）.Conclusion It is very important to dilate the pupil and examine the retina routinely before excimer laser in Keratomileusis（LASIK） operation.
