摘　　要：结合我国现阶段河湖治理的良好机遇,以回归自然、亲水宜居为导向,以建立长效机制、建设健康河流、实现河湖休养生息为治理目标,面向全国中小河流治理对生态环境技术的工程需要,提出与河流治理有关的生态环境的技术构架。China＇s current management of rivers and lakes with good opportunities to return to nature,water-loving livable-oriented,in order to establish long-term mechanism to build healthy river habitat for the cultivation of rivers and lakes to achieve the goal of governance,for medium and small rivers of the country environmental technology,engineering needs,and rivers made ？？ecology of governance-related technical architecture.
