摘　　要：本文从太阳病和卫分证的概念范畴、所感外邪性质、辨证论治三个角度,并结合王灿晖教授的温病学课堂讲稿,进行两者之间的差异比较来明确温病和狭义伤寒之间的关系。This thesis tries to define the relationship between febrile disease and narrowed meaning ＂Shanghan＂ by comparing the deferences of Weifen symptomatic and Taiyang disease.This comparation refers to the lecture notes of Prof.Wang Canhui in three aspects：concept categories,syndrome differentiation and treatment.
