HPLC法同时测定小儿氨酚烷胺颗粒中3种成分的含量

摘　　要：目的建立同时测定小儿氨酚烷胺颗粒中对乙酰氨基酚、马来酸氯苯那敏、咖啡因的高效液相色谱含量测定方法。方法采用D iam onsil C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）色谱柱;甲醇-0.05 m ol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液（20∶80）（1%磷酸调pH3.0）为流动相;流速：1.0 m l/m in;检测波长：210 nm。结果对乙酰氨基酚的线性范围为0.490 2~29.412 0μg（r=1.000 0）、平均回收率（n=9）为100.3%,RSD为0.43%;马来酸氯苯那敏的线性范围为0.003 992~0.239 520μg（r=0.999 9）,平均回收率（n=9）为100.5%,RSD为0.20%;咖啡因的线性范围为0.030 64~1.838 40μg（r=1.000 0）,平均回收率（n=9）为100.5%,RSD为0.23%。结论本方法简便、结果准确,可用于制剂的含量测定和质量控制。Objective To establish a method to determine the paracetamol,chlorpheniramine maleate,and cafeine in Xiaoer′anfenwan′an granules by HPLC.Methods Diamonsil C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm） column,mobile phase cornposed of methanol and 0.05 mol/L of KH2PO4（25∶75,adjusted to pH 3.0 with 1% H3PO4） was adopted.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.The UV detection wavelength was 210 nm.Results The standard curve of paracetamol was linear in the range of 0.490 2～29.412 0 μg（r=1.000 0）.The average recovery was 100.3% with RSD of 0.43%（n=9）.The standard curve of chlorpheniramine maleate was linear in the range of 0.003 992～0.239 520 μg（r=0.999 9）.The average recovery was 100.5% with RSD of 0.20%（n=9）.The standard curve of cafeine was linear in the ranger of 0.030 64～1.838 40 μg（r=1.000 0）.The average recovery was 100.5% with RSD of 0.23%（n=9）.Conclusion This method of HPLC is simple and accurate,and it can be used for the quality contro1 of Xiaoer′anfenwan′an granules.
