摘 要:目的优选岗梅叶总皂苷的提取、纯化工艺,为生产提供依据。方法以人参皂苷Re作为含量测定对照品,岗梅叶总皂苷洗脱率为评价指标,采用L9(34)正交试验设计优选岗梅叶总皂苷的最佳提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为20倍量60%的乙醇,70℃下超声提取60 min,采用D-101型大孔树脂,以100 ml蒸馏水洗去水溶性杂质,50%的乙醇75 ml洗脱总皂苷的效果好。结论验证实验表明优选出的提取工艺稳定可行,适用于岗梅叶总皂苷的提取、纯化。Objective To optimize the technology parameters of extraction and purification process of total saponins from Ilicis asprellae's leaves,so as to offer basis for its production.Methods The orthogonal design L9(34) was adopted to optimize the total saponin of Radix ilicis asprellae,with the elution rate of total saponin and the content of Ginseng saponins Re as observing index.Results The optimal extracting process was as follows: Radix ilicis asprellae was extracted with 20 folds of the 60% alcohol volume for 1 h,the extraction temperature was 70℃ with,it's effective to remove water-soluble contaminants by 100 ml water and to wash-down total saponin by 75 ml 50% alcohol with D-101 macroporous resin.Couclusion It was shown by an approval test that the optimized process was stable,feasible and suitable for the extraction and purification of total saponin of Radix ilicis saprellae.
