现代传媒视阈下领导干部互联网能力建设

摘　　要：领导干部的互联网能力包括领导者个人的互联网观念、网络应用能力和网络引导能力。从整体上看,当前领导干部的互联网能力和素养还不适应网络时代做好工作的要求。加强领导干部互联网能力建设,必须从转变观念入手,加强包括网络办公环境和个人网络应用为内容的网络环境建设,以用为本,培训和自学相结合。A leader＇s internet ability include his knowledge of internet,his ability to make use of the internet,and his ability to conduct the public opinions on the internet.Generally speaking,the present leadership＇s internet ability cannot suit the requirements of the internet times.To strengthen the cultivation of the leadership＇s internet ability,we must start with the change of their concept,and accelerate the construction of the environment the internet office and personal internet application,let leaders gain their internet ability mainly through practice,combined with training and self-teaching.
