摘　　要：企业资产增值的促进和贬值的预防与应对是企业经营管理的重要工作．应认真分析影响企业资产增值的因素，找出资产增值的特点与规律，寻求对策，并对资产增值经营管理系统订立资产增值管理措施办法，以促进企业强化资产增值盈利能力的管理。To promote rise in value and prevent depreciation is an important task in the management of an enterprise. So it is very necessary and rewarding to closely analyze factors that influence increase in value and try to find out its characteristics and regularity, thus some effective and specialized measures can be carried out to help promote the ability of increasing value in its management.
