女性人格特征对其乳腺癌发病的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨女性人格特征与乳腺癌发病的关系。方法通过1:1配对的病例对照研究设计,采用国际通用的明尼苏达多相人格测试量表(MMPI)对女性乳腺癌患者的个性因素及人格特征进行调查分析及评价。结果将P<0.05的一般危险因素与MMPI临床量表中的疑病、抑郁、癔症、精神病态、男子气、偏执、精神衰弱、精神分裂症、轻躁狂和社会内向10项个性特征一起进行条件Logistic回归分析发现,除了体质指数、口服避孕药、不参加体育锻炼、肿瘤家族史和既往灾难经历以外,女性乳腺癌患者所表现出的精神病态、轻躁狂和癔症的人格特征是乳腺癌发病的影响因素(OR值分别为0.865、1.714和0.860,P<0.05)。结论精神病态、轻躁狂和癔症人格特征与女性乳腺癌的发病可能存在一定的联系。Objective To explore the relationship between female breast cancer and personality. Methods A 1：1 matched case-control study was designed to investigate the relationship between female breast cancer and personality using Minnesota Multiphase Personality Inventory（MMPI）. Results After introducing risk factors（P0.05） and 10 clinical scales of MMPI together into conditional logistic regression model,it was found that besides BMI,acyeterion use,lack of physical exercise,family history and catastrophic experience,personalities of psychopathic deviate,hypomania and hysteria were among the risk factors of breast cancer（OR=0.865,1.714 and 0.860 respectively,P0.05）. Conclusion Personalities of psychopathic deviate,hypomania and hysteria might be correlated with the pathogenesis of breast cancer.
