摘　　要：目的探讨ApoEε4、ACE DD等位基因对缺血性脑卒中患者执行功能的影响。方法应用聚合酶链反应(PCR)对480例首发缺血性脑卒中患者的ApoE、ACE基因进行分析,应用威斯康星卡片测验系统(WCST)和执行缺陷综合征的行为评价(BADS)方法测试患者的执行功能。结果携带ApoEε4等位基因者WCST 6项评分、BADS各单项评分及总标准分均低于非携带者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);携带ACE DD等位基因者WCST6项评分、BADS各单项评分及总标准分均低于非携带者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但同时携带ApoEε4和ACE DD等位基因者WCST评分及BADS评分与单独携带ApoEε4或ACE DD基因者比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 ApoEε4、ACE DD等位基因可增加缺血性脑卒中患者执行功能损伤的风险。Objective To explore the influence of apolipoprotein E（ApoE）ε4 and angiotensin converting enzyme（ACE） DD allele genes on the executive function of patients with ischemic stroke.Methods Polymerase chain reaction（PCR）technique was applied to examine the ApoE and ACE genotypes in 480 patients with first-time ischemic stroke.Wisconsin Card Sorting Test（WCST） and Behavioral Assessment of Dysexecutive Syndrome（BADS） were applied to test the executive function.Results Scores of the six WCST indices and individual sub-standard scores and total sub-standard scores in carriers of ApoEε4 allele or ACE DD allele were worse than in the non-carriers（P0.05）.However,no significant difference between those who carried both ApoEε4 and ACE DD allele and those who carried either ApoEε4 or ACE DD allele was noted（P0.05）.Conclusion ApoEε4 and ACE DD allele genes can increase the risk of executive function impairment in patients with ischemic stroke.
