摘　　要：网络零售相对于传统的零售方式,综合成本更低,选择范围更广,成交效率更高。在网络零售革命的冲击下,供应链越来越短,代理、批发、零售等中间环节逐渐减少。网络零售与传统零售相比,虽然有很大的优势,但还存在一些不足,必须加以改进,才能充分发挥网络零售的优势。Compared to the traditional retail mode, the online retail is superior in the low comprehensive cost, wideranging choices and high sale rate. With the impact of online retail revolution, the supply chains become shorter, and the intermediate links of agency, wholesale, and retail have been cut down. Even though the online retail has more advantages than the traditional ones, there are some disadvantages, which should be improved so as to give full play.
