摘　　要：目的探讨囊性子宫腺肌瘤临床和病理特点。方法对4例囊性子宫腺肌瘤的临床表现、超声图像、大体、光镜病理形态特点及免疫组织化学结果并结合文献进行讨论分析。结果囊性子宫腺肌瘤主要临床表现为进行性痛经、经期延长、月经量增多及不孕等症状。超声检查有助于病变诊断;形态学上大体为囊实性肿块,显微镜下见囊腔壁子宫内膜组织及增生的平滑肌组织,上皮细胞及间质细胞表达ER及PR,间质细胞为波形蛋白及CD10阳性。结论囊性子宫腺肌瘤是少见良性肿瘤,具有特征性的大体和镜下形态,正确认识该病变并进行鉴别诊断对临床治疗及患者预后具有重要的意义。Objective To review the clinicopathological characteristics of cystic adenomyoma of the uterus.Methods Four cases of cystic adenomyoma of uterus were reported and the clinical symptoms, ultrasonographic findings,and pathological features with immunohistochemical markers were analyzed. Relevant literatures were reviewed.Results Clinical findings included dysmenorrhea,bradymenorrhea, menorrhagia and infertility,ultrasonic examination was useful to diagnose the lesions.On gross examination, the cystic adenomyoma of the uterus was firm with cystic areas present on the section.On microscopic examination,the tumors were composed of cysts lined by endometrial tissue and smooth muscle,with smooth muscle predominating.The epithelial cells and stroma cells were positive for ER and PR,and stroma cells were positive for vimentin and CD10.Conclusion Cystic adenomyoma of the uterus is an extremely rare neoplastic tumor classified as benign,which has unique clinicopathologic features.
