摘 要:自己确定学习目标,自己选择学习方法,自己监控学习过程,自己评价学习结果称之为自主学习.随着现代远程教育发展,自主学习低效现象的问题日益突出,从自主学习者的本质、制约因素、学习条件、支持条件等几个方面出发,探讨解决问题的办法,使学习者不仅保证能够按教学大纲的要求顺利完成各学科的学习任务,还能够掌握终身学习的本领。It is self-learning that learners could set the targets, choose the methods, monitor the process and evaluate the outcome by themselves. With the development of modern distanceeducation, the low efficiency phenomenon of self-learning becomes increasingly prominent. In this paper, the solutions to the problem were discussed based on some aspects such as essence of self-learner, restraining factors, learning conditions and support conditions, which makes the learners can not only successfully complete learning tasks of 'all disciplines in accordance with the syllabus but also master the lifelong learning skill.
