摘 要:融合新闻传播教育是指新闻传播教育因应媒介融合的新形势,以博雅教育的理念,打破原有的以媒介形态为特征的学科壁垒,用带有普遍规律的知识点进行教学的一种教育理念与方法。香港公立大学因应媒介融合形势的需要,在新闻与传播教学中通过专业之间的融合、单门课程的融合、实践层面的融合以及传播技术的融合,推行通识教育的理念,培养能综合运用融合媒体技巧和具人文素质的新闻传播"全人"。融合新闻传播教育对于师资、资金和课程的效果都提出了挑战,香港各校的经验是采取聘请兼任教师、拓展实践教学、采取"移动数码平台模式"等对策。In response to the situation of media convergence and for the purpose of fostering prospective journalists who can make comprehensive use of media skills with humanistic literacy for the media industry, the public universities of HK start designing the curriculum of Journalism and Communication according to the philosophy of integration of media with concept-oriented liberal arts education, thus they broke the pattern of traditional curriculum designing which dividing the curriculum simply by media forms. Their specific practices include courses convergence of different majors, knowledge convergence inside a single course, a practical level convergence and technology convergence. Convergence Journalism and Communication Education poses challenges to the professional teachers, education funding and teaching effect. Including measures taken by Hong Kong public universities are as follows: hiring part-time lecturers, expanding the practices teaching and taking the mode of "mini mobile digital platform" for media lab developments.
