音体美专业大学英语教学现状分析

摘　　要：四川内江师范学院音体美专业的大学英语教学涉及的学生人数较多,其教学质量的高低与教学效果的好坏对学生、教师以及学校三方面都将产生重大的影响。而长久以来,特殊专业大学英语教学中一直存在着"费时"、"低效"的现象,严重阻碍着学校的整体发展,打击了学生学习英语的积极性,也降低了英语教师的教学热情。本文拟将描述这三个专业英语教学的现状,进一步将分析产生这些现状的原因,旨在为四川内江师范学院的大学英语教学改革提供一些拙见。College English teaching for the students from Music,P.E.and Arts Departments involves a large amount of students in our university.The quality and effects of the teaching and learning have great impact on the university as well as the teachers of English,the most important,the students themselves.However,there is a long-existing phenomenon of English teaching---- ＂Time cost but with low efficiency＂ ----that has been preventing the school from developing,and frustrating the students and the teachers of English.This paper intended to describe the current English teaching and learning situations of the special majors and to further analyze the roots of all problems,hoping to be useful for the college English teaching reform in our university.
