血清聚集素水平与阿尔茨海默病的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨血清聚集素(clusterin)在阿尔兹海默病(AD)中的水平及意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)检测40例AD患者(观察组)与40例健康老年人(对照组)血清聚集素水平,对血清聚集素水平与简易智能精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评分进行相关性分析。结果观察组血清聚集素水平为(301.01±115.96)ng/ml,显著高于对照组的(195.96±63.57)ng/ml(t=3.701,P<0.01);血清聚集素水平与MMSE评分呈负相关(γ=-0.564,P<0.05)。结论血清聚集素可能在AD的发生、发展中起重要作用。Objective To study the level and significance of the cluster in Alzheimer＇s disease（AD）.Methods The serum clusterin of level 40 patients with AD（observed group） and 40 healthy normal controls（control group） were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）,The correlation between the serum clusterin level and mini mental state examination（MMSE） score were analysed.Results The serum clusterin level of the observed group was（301.01±115.96）ng/ml,which was significantly higher than that（195.96±63.57）ng/ml of the control group（t=3.701,P0.01）;The serum clusterin level was correlated negatively with MMSE score（γ=-0.564,P0.05）.Conclusion The serum clusterin play an important role in the occurrence and development of AD.
