丁苯酞治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察丁苯酞治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择发病48h以内入院的脑梗死患者68例,随机分为丁苯酞奉组(36例)及常规治疗组(32例)。常规治疗组给予血塞通、阿司匹林,丁苯酞组在常规治疗基础上给予丁苯酞0.2g tid,4次/d,共14d。两组在治疗前后进行美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分(NIHSS)、日常生活能力(ADL)评分判断其疗效并观察其不良反应。结果治疗后丁苯酞组NIHSS、ADL评分明显优于常规治疗组(P<0.05),丁苯酞组临床有效率及显效率均显著高于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。丁苯酞组无明显不良反应。结论丁苯酞治疗急性脑梗死安全有效。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Butylphthalide on patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods 68 patients with ischemic stroke,enrolled within 48h of onset,were allocated to Butylphthalide group（n=36） or control group（n=32） randomly.Butylphthalide was taken at a dose of 0.2,four times a day,for 14 days,Meanwhile,Xuesetong and Aspirin were taken as basic trentment.The therapies of control group were similar to those of Butylphthalide group except for Butylphthalide.The NIHSS and ADL were evaluated before and during trentment respectively.Result After treatment,There were signnifican difference in both two groups in the NIHSS and ADL（P0.05）.There were also signnifican difference in effective rate between Butylphthalide group and control group（P0.05）.There were no distinct adverse reaction in Butylphthalide group.Conclusion Butylphthalide is effective and safety on treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke.
