两种不同物资供应体系在综合ICU物资管理中的比较研究

摘　　要：目的探讨适合实际需要的综合ICU物资管理方案。方法将ICU物资管理方案分为中心物资配送组和床边物资配送组,中心物资配送组将医院供应物资集中定点取用;床边物资供应组通过引进床边多功能治疗车及分类生活物品柜,将常用物资通过床边供应方案;比较两种方案主管护士在每日平均初始治疗需要时间、护士对管理体制的满意度及护士临床工作绩效三个方面的差异性。结果床边物资配送体系能够明显缩短护士的每日平均初始治疗时间(P<0.01),提高护士对物资管理方式的满意度(P<0.01);床边物资管理方式下护士临床工作绩效明显高于中心物资供应组(P<0.01)。结论床边物资配送体系能够明显提高ICU护士对物资管理的满意度,提高临床护理效率及质量,在临床中值得进一步推广。Objective To investigate the integrated materials management system for ICU,and provide the basis for improving the integrated management of ICU clinical materials.Method ICU materials management program is divided center materials distribution and bed material distribution group,the center supplies distribution group will put hospital supplies in a focus point;the bed material supply group through the introduction of multi-bed treatment and life vehicle materials cabinets with classifications,bed supply will be used by the program material;compare the difference of times to initial treatment of nurse using,the nurse＇s satisfaction to the management system and job performance.Result Bed material distribution system can significantly reduce the initial treatment of the average daily nursing time（P〈0.01）,improve nurses＇ satisfaction（P〈0.01）;in the clinical supplies management nurses work performance was significantly lower higher than the central material supply group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Bed material distribution system can significantly improve the ICU nurse satisfaction with materials management;improve efficiency and quality of clinical care,the method worthy of further promotion.
