电力企业物质招标采购管理模式初探

摘　　要：电力物资招标采购是关系到电网建设的关键环节之一。本文分析了当前电力行业招标采购存在的问题,借鉴了美国完善的招标管理体系,结合南方电网公司给出了具体招标管理措施,对物质招标管理模式进行了初步探索。The bidding and tendering for power grid supplies is the key issue for the power grid construction.The existing problems in the bidding and tendering for power grid supplies has been investigated in this paper.The impeccable American bidding and tendering management system has been introduced into the bidding and tendering management of power grid supply in China Southern Power Grid（CSG） Co.,Ltd.The feasible and effective countermeasures have been proposed to enhance the bidding and tendering management.
