摘　　要：文章主要结合我校近几年的招标工作实践,就教育部直属高校物资招标采购机制的建立与完善提出了对策建议,以期使招标活动在政府采购机制的约束下给学校带来更好的经济效益和社会效益。This paper combined with bidding practice of our school in recent years,put forward countermeasures and suggestions on establishing and improving procurement bidding mechanism of universities directly under the Ministry of education,in order to make the activity of bidding in government procurement mechanism to bring better economic benefits and social benefits for the school.
