摘　　要：本文运用不等式方法,讨论了具滞后的线性定常开环中立型控制系统的无条件镇定性,获得了一些充分条件.In this paper, by means of inequality the uncondition stabilization of linear constant open-loop neutral type control systems with time-delays is discussed, and its sufficient conditions are presented.
